This development will feature a thoughtfully designed mixed-income residential project that will set the benchmark for excellence in urban design. The property will feature a 5-story building over surface level parking with 90 units of thoughtfully designed one and two bedroom apartments. The residential building will include a contemporary lobby, a resident fitness center, passive security controls, and on-site parking for residents.

The apartments will include hardwood floors, granite or stoned based countertops, and washer and dryer units in each apartment. The residential building design will also incorporate green spaces for residents.

The Station at Grant Avenue is a critical development for the West End Area of the city of Plainfield. The development is part of a mixed use project, which leverages the $5 million in NMTC invested in Phase I.
