Project Type

The HillTop is a multi-phase, multi-year development located in the heart of the Township of Irvington. The development will transform the old Irvington General Hospital, a 6.5 acre site that has been vacant and blighted for years, into a unique apartment development with beautiful architectural details and excellent lifestyle amenities including a restaurant and child care facility. Phase I will feature 113 units of housing in a 5 story building that will be 80% affordable and 20% market rate. The full project is approved for 700 units.
