FOUNDER & MANAGING MEMBER
As a Developer, Patrick Terborg has successfully sought and obtained approvals in urban areas within the last three years for over one million square feet of development, representing approximately 400M in projected completed project value. Patrick has pursued projects that have transformed difficult to develop areas into highly functioning neighborhoods. His project participation has resulted in market appreciation in rents for municipalities, increased market valuations for the area, and the conversion of large abandoned and blighted properties into fully functioning economic engines for owners, leading to increased tax revenues for municipalities.
Patrick is driven by his desire to create economically feasible mixed-use properties that will serve to provide high quality housing and amenities. He has also successfully structured joint venture relationships, engaged in co-development relationships and negotiated the purchase of properties from municipalities and private owners. Patrick has successfully arranged financing for all of his projects.
DEVELOPMENT & POLICY
Nana brings her operational, strategic planning and her knowledge of social impact policy and community development to the company and ensures that the company achieves its community impact mission with each project. At TD+Partners, Nana co-manages complex relationships and processes for tax credit syndications, entitlement processes for zoning enhancements, redevelopment designations, PILOT agreement negotiations, and Planning Board approvals.
Nana creates and organizes the company strategy for community development initiatives inclusive of supportive housing, supportive housing services, youth, and educational initiatives. She ensures that the organization’s projects result in the provision of quality services in the areas they serve. In 2014, she founded the nonprofit, Chapters Youth and Community Development Inc., which serves as TD+Partner’s vehicle for community development initiatives. The organization will also provide capacity building services to local non-profits as part of the impact strategy.
Nana earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Vassar College and her Masters in Public Administration from NYU, Wagner.
