Our projects create an exponential economic and community impact by redeveloping large blighted properties that have a negative value for urban municipalities. We use a triple-bottom-line approach (financial, social, and environmental) to redevelopment in neighborhoods that are in the early to mid-stages of transformational change. Our projects are positioned strategically in communities where high quality, green transit oriented development (TOD) will increase the qualities of life and health of the residents.

Blighted and abandoned properties create adverse environmental conditions and reduce property values for immediate neighboring property owners. These properties do not produce taxations revenues for the municipalities, resulting in lack of funding for education and other local services. Our projects result not only in high quality commercial retail space, but also high quality affordable and middle income housing at market rate with excellent amenities in underserved communities.

Our redevelopment activities create hundreds of jobs during construction and new taxation revenue for municipalities. We seek to create transformative change through real estate development.
